Observation

Licensor observed various cables on the kitchen counter that is towards the children's licensed play area. The counter is at a height level where school age children can reach, which includes children in provider's care. Licensor also observed a white plastic trash bag on the counter accessible to children in care. Provider stated that he cares for school-age children and counter is at school-age children's level.
